This is a collection of my "original" thoughts. Any parallels between these and other thoughts are purely unintentional.
These thoughts are dedicated to all the wonderful people I've had the pleasure of meeting on the journey of life. Many of them shared some of their "special" moments with me and I'm eternally grateful.
To the best family a man could ever hope for; may all your dreams and wishes come true! To all my dear relatives and friends, you know who you are. It is indeed an honor to have you in my corner.
In memory of those who have gone before us, marked with the sign of peace, especially my first son Daren, my oldest brother Denis, my parents Wilfred and Mary, my grandparents Joseph and Theresa and a list which is growing too fast for my likeness.
A Word To The Wise ...
Those who fail to take care of their health could end up with a heart attack, a stroke or some other debilitating condition. The shocking truth is that most of the world will never know about it and most of those who know will not care. Sadly, most of those who care will not do anything about it.
The fact of the matter is that your health and your happiness are your responsibility. You have to take care of yourself or pay the harsh consequences.
